Paid Media.

High-converting campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn. Engineered, not spray-and-pray. Creative, audiences, bidding, and reporting run on AI-accelerated workflows.

Most paid media is still run like it is 2018.

Humans write 50 ad variations by hand. Analysts export CSVs into spreadsheets. Weekly optimization meetings try to read signal off a week-old snapshot.

Meanwhile the platforms have gone AI-first on bidding. You are losing to advertisers who matched that pace on the creative and reporting side. Not to advertisers with a bigger budget.

The gap compounds monthly. Creative volume, audience precision, and reporting speed are the three places where AI-native teams pull ahead.

The campaign types we run.

  1. Non-brand Google Search. Keyword, prior visitor, geo, and device targeting. Expanded text plus extensions (sitelinks, callouts, call extensions). AI-enabled ad variant generation via Claude Skills.
  2. Brand Search defense. Capture your branded searches and defend against competitor encroachment. Automated negative keyword lists and bid monitoring.
  3. GDN Retargeting. Google Display Network banners and image ads for prior visitors. AI-generated creative variants at scale, not one static banner refreshed quarterly.
  4. Facebook/Meta Retargeting. Custom audiences, Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), and lookalikes. Weekly audience re-clustering by agentic workflows.
  5. YouTube Video Ads. In-stream, bumper, and discovery. Integrated with aeo-youtube-optimizer so organic and paid video work off the same optimized metadata.

The AI layer. What makes this AI-enabled, not AI-sprinkled.

  • Creative variants at volume. 50 ad copy variants per campaign per week, not 5. Claude writes. Midjourney and Runway generate static and motion. Human editors make final calls.
  • Audience clustering refreshed weekly, not monthly. Agents re-pull Customer Relationship Management (CRM) segments, rebuild lookalikes, and re-score engagement cohorts on a weekly cadence.
  • Campaign anomaly detection. Automated Slack alerts when cost-per-acquisition (CPA) spikes, a creative fatigues, or spend pacing drifts. Not a weekly review that finds problems seven days late.
  • Performance reports generated by agentic workflows. Not by junior analysts at 11pm the night before the call. Dashboards, not decks.
  • Cross-channel attribution blending. Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Triple Whale, and platform Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). You see what each platform claims, what we actually believe, and the math between them.

What you get.

The stack we deploy.

Named tools, not vague capabilities. This is what runs your engagement.

Who this is for.

Growth-stage companies spending $20K or more per month across paid channels. Or about to hit that level. You want creative velocity and honest reporting instead of a quarterly slide deck.

You also want a partner who will tell you when a channel is not working. Not every business needs every platform. We scope the mix to your category and margin structure.

Frequently asked questions.

What platforms do you run?

Google Ads (search, display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads as primary channels. We also run programmatic, Reddit, and Pinterest for clients where those channels matter.

We do not chase every new platform. We go deep on the channels that move the needle for your category.

How much paid spend do we need to start?

Most engagements start at $20K or more per month in combined paid spend, or you are about to hit that level. Below that, the math on creative production plus management plus reporting stops working.

If you are smaller, we will tell you. We will also route you to a sharper starting move (usually SEO or organic social) until paid spend makes sense.

Do you handle creative production?

Yes. Copy, static, and motion. Claude for copy variants. Midjourney for static concepts. Runway for motion. Human editors make the final calls.

50 variants per campaign per week is the baseline. Winners scale, losers get killed on a schedule (not a gut feeling).

Do you work with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other marketing mix modeling (MMM) tools?

Yes. Triple Whale for ecommerce by default. Northbeam on request. We support most attribution and MMM vendors and we will pull data from the one you are already paying for.

If you do not have one, we build a sane blended model on top of GA4, platform data, and server-side tracking. No extra vendor required.

What about cannabis paid media?

Only on compliant platforms. Meta, Google, and TikTok say no to most cannabis advertising.

For dispensaries and cannabis brands we route to our Cannabis Marketing service, which covers the channels that actually work. SEO, Weedmaps, Leafly, email, SMS, programmatic, and out-of-home where permitted.
