Tool Integration.
Your marketing stack, rewired with AI. Zapier, Make, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that make your tools talk to each other. And to agents.
Marketing stacks are held together with spreadsheets.
The average marketing org runs 40 disconnected tools held together with spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. Lead data sits in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Campaign data sits in ad platforms. Analytics sits in Business Intelligence (BI). Content sits in the Content Management System (CMS).
Humans do the wiring manually. Copying, pasting, reconciling, chasing. Agents should do that work. And can, if the integrations exist.
Every hour a human spends ferrying data between tools is an hour they are not doing marketing. Rewire the plumbing and the team gets those hours back.
We build automations that survive handoff.
- AI-enriched lead scoring. Zapier workflows that pull lead data from HubSpot, enrich with Clearbit or a Claude-powered research step, and write a scored segment back. In real time, not nightly batches.
- Campaign anomaly detection. Scheduled agents watching GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads spend. A Relevance AI agent triages the alerts and posts only the actionable ones into Slack. No more dashboard doomscrolling.
- Cross-platform data flow. GSC keyword data into Ahrefs, Ahrefs rank tracking into your reporting layer, your reporting layer into Notion for the weekly exec update. Closed loop, no human in the middle.
- UTM tagging automation. Every paid link auto-tagged from a canonical taxonomy, validated before publish. Kills the "dark social" problem at the source.
- MCP server prototypes. Where off-the-shelf integrations do not exist, we write the MCP server so Claude and agentic clients can read and write against your stack directly.
What you get.
- 3 to 6 shipped workflows mapped to your highest-impact use cases
- MCP server prototypes where applicable
- Documentation and an owner handoff. Your team runs these after we leave
- Monitoring alerts for silent failures (Slack-native)
- Optional quarterly optimization pass to manage drift and scope creep
The stack we deploy.
Named tools, not vague capabilities.
Who this is for.
Marketing operations and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams with a stack sprawled across 10 or more tools. You have an internal champion (a marketing ops lead, a RevOps manager, or a technical founder) who can adopt and maintain workflows after handoff.
If nobody on your side can open a JSON payload, start with the Strategy & Readiness Assessment first. Integration without an owner rots fast.
Frequently asked questions.
When do you use Zapier versus Make?
Zapier is Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), UI-first, and fastest for simple A-to-B triggers. Make has a visual canvas with branching and iteration that works better when workflows loop, transform payloads, or chain more than a handful of steps.
We pick per workflow: cost, complexity, and who has to maintain it after handoff.
Do we need to migrate off our existing tools?
No. We build on top of what you already have. HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GSC, Notion, Airtable, Slack. We wire them together rather than replace them.
If a tool is fundamentally broken we will say so, but migration is the last resort, not the first.
What's an MCP server and why does it matter?
MCP. Model Context Protocol. Is an open standard from Anthropic for giving AI agents structured access to tools and data. A marketing MCP server exposes your CRM, analytics, or CMS to Claude or any MCP-compatible client.
It matters because agentic workflows are where marketing automation is heading, and MCP is the plumbing.
How do you handle authentication and secrets?
OAuth where the vendor supports it. Rotating API keys stored in a secrets manager (1Password, Doppler, or your cloud provider's native vault). Least-privilege scopes on every integration.
No secrets in workflow nodes, no hardcoded tokens in logs.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with monitoring: silent-failure alerts into Slack, retry logic for transient errors, and a dashboard showing runs, success rate, and error class.
If something breaks, you know before your customers do. Optional quarterly optimization pass keeps drift in check.
