This policy applies to winstondigitalmarketing.com, operated by Winston Digital Marketing, LLC ("Winston," "we," "us"). It explains what data we collect from visitors, what we do with it, and what we do not do.

• Audit form submissions. If you submit the audit form, we collect your site URL, top competitor URL, primary service or product, email, and any optional notes. We use these only to produce the audit you requested and to reply to you.
• Analytics data. Page views, referrer, country, and device. Collected via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
• Server logs. Standard CDN logs (IP, user agent, URL, timestamp) handled by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect.

No cookies beyond strictly essential ones. No tracking pixels. No third-party remarketing tags. No browser fingerprinting. No cross-site identifiers.

How we use it.

We use the data we collect to produce requested audits, reply to you, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we protect it.

Industry-standard measures. TLS across every page and form submission. Access restricted to personnel who need it for the work. Third-party providers vetted for security posture.

Your rights.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@winstondigitalmarketing.com and we will respond within a reasonable window.

Third parties.

• Plausible. Analytics. Cookie-free, privacy-friendly.
• Cloudflare. Hosting and CDN. Handles standard server-log collection.
• Formspree. Processes submissions from the audit form and forwards them to us.
• Anthropic and OpenAI. AI model providers used in our internal work. They do not track site visitors.

Updates.

We update this policy when we change how we handle data. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.
